To the Right of the entrance to the Temple is a money icon and Temple Secret Room 38 has a Red orb that I can not get to.
Are these two just teasers?

iirc there's a doorway (hidden I think) from inside the bldg. sorry...can't be more specific than that because it was a maze in there +::fear

Dunno what map 2 is cause I don't have the guide, but I rather thought you mean where there's a pink thingy behind it?
You must explore the temple and somewhere deactivate pillars that will open the walls. There's one place where you have those pillars and at the same place there's a wall too. You see it disappear and I believe that will remove the other walls too.
