Secret room orcish guard

Please can someone tell me how to get to the secret room. The walkthrough says upper left corner where it is blacked out. No one has helped me yet and I am becoming frustrated. Somebody has to know. Why wont someone help me with this? It is making me crazy --


Now for the secret room. Go and walk into the top left upper corner that has been darkened and around. You will get teleported to the secret room. In the top chest has an aquapunga flower. In the middle chest is 6172 gold. The bottom chest is a drazzkaerkazarian.
