I'm at this hole that keeps spawning these crystal zapoo's. I really like the high gold count, but is there any end to these things and will I ever get to check out the hole?

OOOhhhhh!!!! Zapoo Zapoo. Shades of LP1 and LP3. Can't wait. I don't know it they go away or not but I can't wait to find them.

That cave is also an excellent place to level up! I spent 3 hours there got everyone to a minimum of level 65! (and got a heap of gold)

there is a limit to the amount of zapoos... also, it is random how many zapoos u spawn, if you want to do some serious leveling (like Xander/Brussian or Xander/Guanidia to 99 and many others to their 60's and 70's... save... and keep trying and reloading till you get 8 crystal zapoos.. kill em with xander, save and re-do it there is enough to get at least xander and the other permanent member to 99

How do you kill them with xander? None of his spells do any damage to them...

look for the spell that has a weapon element in it dark/weapon or something maybe it was dark slashings

after he hits 70+ he also has a 2nd spell that kills them... it's a ??? element haha

be sure to boost his mind with brain dazzler or yveen's shield or something like that... so his spells do more dmg

Thanks I figured it out, anything with the Weapon element does the trick. The cheapest spell is hearts of something, so I boosted xander's mind to the heavens and gave him a mist glaze to reduce mp cost. Dark slashing is the second cheapest and works too.

Equip Xander with the Conch of Dreams (got from Alexandra's dream in LF2).
MP x 0.23 !! Put a couple of MP regenerating items on Xander, and his MP "charge" lasts a looong time.

I stumbled into these little critters by accident. So glad I did as the rewards are freaking enormous!

I use Luciana's lord of the dance, Random's elf slaughter and wendala's undead curse on them.
Oh and Sarah's Noxodox Curse is pretty damn potent on them as well sometimes....
Is this near the end of the game btw?

Not really, there's a lot of game still left.

BTW, Luci's St Christohart can wipe them out in one round too.
