Lord of the Assassins:

In order to make him appear you must follow these instructions:
- Go to Lorelei, in the second part of the town, you'll find a letter in the right of the second house.
- It will mention something about World's End, go to the snow area before the Castle of Malice, search
there and you'll fight with the Lord of the Assassins.
- After you defeat him, go to your Headquarters and go to the bedroom, you'll find him in the bedroom
door.
- Fight him and it's quest complete.

But the Raflesia Queen was tough, specially because she appeared twice. Still, I cound't beat the Dwarf King.

Yes, she is. I beat her and it said that I had taken down another Animal King.

Probably. You fight all animal kings if you play in Hard Mode.
