I am currently carrying the Reeker Bulb, which poisons most of your party when carrying it. I have the purity ring for Random so that he doesn't get poisoned, but Louis just joined my party and now he needs protection from poison. Is there any equipment he can use that will protect him from the poison of the Reeker Bulb?

Nope!
If you want to keep it to finish the quest you have to live with the fact that Louis and later someone else are poisoned all the time.
I just ignored them. Let their HP get down to 1 while walking and the red flickering ends (they won't get exhausted this way). Just make sure they don't attack in fights or they're dead. If you want to use them in fights heal them a bit before.

If that's too annoying you can also sell the Reeker Bulb but then you won't be able to finish the quest.

Ok, Thanks! When I complete the Brotherhood quest, I'll use Cocka again until I get that "hot potato" out of my hands.

Yeah, but then you'll get someone else you will have to keep in your party for quite a while! :razz:

The "hot potato" will keep on causing trouble! +::biggrin

Thanks for your help! I FINALLY got the Reeker Bulb out of the way. I like collecting stuff in games like this, but I won't miss that Reeker bulb at all.
