Only a hint?
Well, it's not in one of the big dungeons and you get there only once at one special point of the game. The place is related to getting Bear.

when you get to +::biggrin

this place read everything you find and eventually you will find the room #15

Not sure, but I think you have #19 on your mind not 15

Oh my I have found 14 and 16, but 15 is nowhere to find. Maybe my game version is broken +::O_o

I just finished the game on hard mode but still did not find all the secrets rooms as a matter of fact I'm still missing the same amount like when I did it in normal mode +::grrr

I'm still missing #6/10/20/24 and 25 +::Dunno

#17 is a little bit tricky too. It's in the Sunken Town of Crest, but after you got Bear you can't go back there.
