The walkthrough says to trigger a short cut scene with the girl at "N".

She runs away as soon as I start down the stairs. How do I talk with her?

After that she moves to another map. Go east and go through a cave and on the other side, go down some stairs to another screen until you see her again. Then go back up to the previous screen then go right until you see her

you need to find her in another place, she keeps escaping, trap her in a corner!
