Was able to go back to Deckersville after I had the saucer before I think I had the 3rd update. Latest update didn't allow me to go back. I don't know why but will attempt all of the possibilities on next restart...thanks for the info all!!!

But I re-loaded the save 33 times, and I thought ... "I'm missing something"

Got the right number first try after that +::Thumbup

On my first play through I didn't buy the ticket first time the guy offered one for sale. Thought I'd look around some more, then when I went back I wasn't able to buy a ticket. I missed out on loads of side quests because of not having a ticket. SO TAKE CARE TO BUY FIRST TIME YOU'RE OFFERED A TICKET.

Glad to hear you won the lottery. This game was incredibly hard and really requires playing twice to catch virtually everything. +::shhhh

don't tell indy, but I am sort of hoping his next game has some equally hard side quests/tasks +::shhhh

Does anyone have the solution to which steps to take for the lottery winnings? It seems this is one of the hardest 'quests' ever seen in a game

I was ready to smash my computer with that one yesterday ...
I can only say, I did whatever nice things came up, like helping the guy that wanted to borrow money in Fay, giving the other guy money for the jetski and I think I gave the pale guy 10 coins in total.
I talked with the people at the lottery place that kept reassuring me I'd win and I talked to the guy who inhaled the purple flame. I used the luck boost and I guess there isn't much more you can do.
Yet it took me forever to get that friggin' ticket. I guess you can only keep on trying.
